The days are winding down and so is the money …yet, it feels like there is still so much to do. Our 3D guys are having difficulty with finalizing and committing to the green screen flooring. They have to create a floor, which will be time consuming. We have since decided that throwing a rug down would eliminate the tedious task of creating the floor. The rug is extremely expensive – too expensive for the now non-existent budget. We have two more days until the principle photography and no alternative yet. On another note, the costumes have been selected, reserved, and picked up. The props have been secured and we have found an alternative to the expensive rug – an old beat up one on loan from the local pawn shop (Blair, you saved my life yet again!)

It’s actually gripping to read about the project as it’s happening. The photos and text together have my anticipation growing. Can’t wait to see it.
The rug looked perfect… a pristine one just wouldn’t have had the right feel!
Hello Forest,
I’m so happy that you took the time to read my post. It’s been an amazing project to work on, the people involved are incredible. We have been documenting everything, from the shooting of the film to still photos. So I promise, there will be more posts to sink your teeth into.
Hey Jessica,
I totally agree. It’s amazing how resourceful you have to become when all of your options have run out. You can’t go wrong with FREE stuff!
